What is this Vrindavan Prasadi offering item?

This is an add-on seva, not a separate mala: add it to your order and your chosen tulsi mala is offered at Shri Ji's charan in Vrindavan, then sent to you as blessed prasadi.

How do I include this prasadi seva with my mala?

Simply add this item to the same purchase as the mala you want offered. The mala travels to Shri Ji's charan for arpan, and reaches you in prasadi roop, packed safely from Vrindavan Dham.

Does the offering change the mala I receive?

The mala itself remains your selected original tulsi mala; what it gains is the arpan at Shri Ji's feet in Vrindavan. Receive it with clean hands and store it respectfully, as befits prasadi.
