    Puja accessories, Tulsi malas, Kanthi malas, Japa malas, Bhaktmaals, and other sacred items are non-returnable as they fall under consumables & spiritual products.
  • Damaged / Defective Products 📦
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace it.
    • A valid unboxing video (clear, uncut) is required for claim approval.

  • Missing Items ❌
    • If something is missing from your order, share an unboxing video.
    • Verified cases will be resolved with a replacement or adjustment in your next order.

  • Refunds 💰
    • Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not available.
    • Refunds are credited within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Order Cancellation 🛑
    • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
    • To cancel, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
