International Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
For all international orders, the following policy applies:
- If a customer requests order cancellation or a refund, shipping charges will be deducted from the total order amount.
- In addition, payment processing fees (Shopify / PayPal charges) will also be deducted from the refund.
Important Notes:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they cover logistics and handling costs.
- Payment gateway fees charged by Shopify and PayPal are also non-refundable.
- The refund will be processed only for the remaining balance after these deductions.
