What is on the locket of this kanthi mala?
The tulsi locket bears Shri RadhaRaman, the beloved deity of Vrindavan, and hangs from a kanthi of round tulsi beads. Locket and beads are both carved from tulsi wood by hand.
How is this RadhaRaman kanthi worn?
Wear it around the neck like a traditional kanthi, close to the collarbone, so the RadhaRaman locket rests at the centre of the chest. It is light enough for all-day wear during seva, japa and regular routines.
What care do the round tulsi beads need?
Very little: keep the kanthi dry, take it off before bathing, and avoid spraying perfume near the beads. Being natural tulsi wood from Vrindavan, the beads age beautifully when simply wiped with a dry cloth now and then.
