It is a single-round black tulsi kanthi carrying a handcrafted Lord Narasimha face locket in the Mayapur Nrsimhadeva style. Both the black beads and the locket are original tulsi, made by hand in Vrindavan.

How is this Nrsimhadeva mala worn?

Wear it over the head so the Narasimha face rests at the chest. Devotees keep it on through the day as a mark of shelter in Lord Nrsimhadeva, and it pairs naturally with japa and kirtan.

Why are the beads black on this kanthi?
