How many beads does this Berakha japa mala have?

This compact japa mala carries 18 counting beads plus one sumeru, made with substantial tulsi beads of 14 to 15mm. Its short length makes it easy to carry in a pocket or japa bag wherever you go.

How do I use an 18+1 mala for my daily count?

Move one bead per mantra and turn back at the sumeru without crossing it. Six rounds of this 18+1 mala complete the traditional 108 count, so it works well for quick naam japa during travel, breaks, or short sittings.

Are the beads of this small mala genuine tulsi?

Yes, each 14 to 15mm bead is original tulsi wood, hand-strung by Brajwasi artisans in Vrindavan. Keep the mala dry, avoid perfume and moisture, and store it in a clean pouch to keep the wood naturally fragrant.
