It is a double-strand tulsi kanthi of 4mm round beads, guaranteed original tulsi wood. The two slim rounds sit together at the neck, giving a classic layered kanthi look without any heaviness.

Can I wear this 2 round kanthi while sleeping?

Its light 4mm beads make it comfortable enough for round-the-clock wear, which is how many devotees keep their kanthi. If you prefer, remove it at night and rest it respectfully on a clean cloth or stand.
