It is a sacred garland of original tulsi beads traditionally worn by devotees of Shri Radha Krishna. This one is handcrafted by Brajwasis in Vrindavan and first offered at the lotus feet of the Lord before reaching you.

How is this Bhaktmaal made and maintained?

Each mala is handmade from original tulsi beads by Vrindavan's Brajwasi artisans. Maintain it simply: keep it dry, avoid perfume and soap on the beads, and place it in a clean spot whenever you remove it.
